About this Class:
This class emphasizes a vinyasa practice. You can expect to stay in a constant flow of movements with a room temperature between 95°-105° degrees. Our yoga focus is on connecting the breath to your movements, and we flow from one pose to the next using smooth transitions. We begin class by warming up the body and spine with some gentle soothing stretches. We then flow into a Sun Salutation ( A/B ) emphasizing; Plank, Chaturanga, Upward Facing Dog, and Downward Facing Dog. During our practice we flow with 2-3 short sequences of Asana’s (yoga poses) to help strengthen and stretch our muscles. During our cool down we end with a deep stretch sequence to optimize our body and our flow. The intentionality of class is to connect breath to the poses, so you can expect constant movement throughout class. I look forward to practicing with you soon.
What to Bring:
Please bring water, and maybe a yoga towel it gets steamy, and if you don’t have those things, they will be provided.
