About this Class:
Come join me for Paddle Board Yoga on Wednesdays at 10:00 AM at the pool located at the Peak Main Gym. Paddle boards are provided.
This 45 minute class has you moving through poses that target the core and focus on balance. We do everything from sun salutations, to situps, to mountain climbers.
Getting wet is an option. Many of us (including myself) step on to the board at the side of the pool and anchor to the swimming lines. Thru balance we enhance our poses on the paddle board bringing a fun new twist to Yoga.
Come in your athletic gear and join us, getting wet is totally up to you.
What to Bring:
Please bring water and a yoga mat. If you forget your yoga mat, don’t fret; there are extras in the classroom.
How to Register / Cost:
No need to register. Just show up and either pay facility entry fee ($15), buy a 10 pass punch card for $100, or contact the membership desk for a full Peak membership. If you just want to try it out for week, talk to the Peak about a free one week trial pass.
