About this Class:
I will lead a 60 minute practice great for all levels. As we move through our flow I will suggest modifications and alternative poses throughout the practice to increase your connection with the flow. We focus on strength, flexibility, and connecting our breath with movement as we flow smoothly from one yoga pose to the next. We also spend some time working on different balancing poses emphasizing the core and increasing stamina and stability.
We will be upstairs in the North Studio, I will be teaching every other Saturday with plenty of mats to go around. I look forward to practicing with you soon.
What to Bring:
Please bring water and a yoga mat. If you forget your yoga mat, don’t fret; there are extras in the classroom.
How to Register / Cost:
No need to register. Just show up and either pay facility entry fee ($15), buy a 10 pass punch card for $100, or contact the membership desk for a full Peak membership. If you just want to try it out for week, talk to the Peak about a free one week trial pass.
