About this Class:
Yin Yoga holds a very special place in my heart. It is one of my favorite variations of yoga. Yin is as much about the Asana (yoga poses) as it is about the present moment. With each pose, we bring our awareness to our breath and our practice. We hold different Asanas (e.g. dragonfly, frog, butterfly, forward fold, and toe pose) for three to five minutes. We find time within the 60 minute Yin Yoga practice to connect the mind, body, and breath. Yin helps us to restore balance and find peace off and on the mat. I look forward to joining you for this amazing practice.
What to Bring?
Please bring water, and your mat.
