*FREE* Sunday Park Yoga

Come join me for a yoga class under the sun and the trees. This class is great for all levels. Modeled as a Vinyasa flow I try to come up with creative ways to transition from one asana “pose/position” to the next. We meet in front of the amphitheater, when the greens are a little to wet we flow inside the amphitheater. I am so thankful for Great Falls and the welcoming atmosphere this is my way to give back. Please join me and others in the community to flow with in nature every Sunday, come rain or shine I will be there.
